WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL!
CCM 2020-21 SCHOOL YEAR
Dear Families,
We are excited to kick off the start of our school year at CCM this August. We have a few reminders that we would like to bring to everyone’s attention as we go into the new school year. Please make sure you read this e-mail carefully because we do have new procedures, policies and schedules for this year. If you ever have any questions, please always feel free to call our office. Have you signed our COVID-19 parent waiver?
Please make sure that you have signed and brought back our parent waiver before your child has started. You can find our waiver HERE.
Morning gate drop-off will be postponed for the time being
Unfortunately after further consideration and trying to ensure that students & teachers from different rooms are not in contact with one another we have decided to postpone morning gate drop off for the month of August.
What to pack for the first day
- 2 changes of clothes
- Sunscreen (please also apply each day before school)
- Water bottle
- Crib-sized sheet and blanket if napping
- Snacks & Lunch
- Everything should be labeled with first and last name!
New school schedules
- Half Day- 8:15AM-12:15PM
- Full Day- 8:15AM-3:30PM
- Open every day from 7:00AM-5:30PM
Wearing masks on campus
We want to remind everyone that parents are required to wear masks on campus. We also are asking if any older siblings come onto our campus they have a mask on. Please remember that while we do have a mask requirement on our campus, some family members may have a medical condition preventing them from wearing a mask (which they have notified the office about).
