Kelsey Kent

Kelsey Kent is the Director of Cave Creek Montessori and also the daughter of Roy and Kathy Catalo (the owners of CCM). For this reason, CCM is like a second home for her and she spent many years playing on the playground, interacting with the staff and children and learning all about Montessori before she ended up receiving her AMI Diploma from the Southwest Institute of Montessori Studies and Masters in Education with an emphasis on Montessori from Loyola University. She also received her undergraduate degree in Communications from Arizona State and went into marketing for a short period of time after receiving her degree. She started officially working at Cave Creek Montessori in July of 2014 and hasn’t looked back since! The Montessori education is her foundation for schooling and working with children and families has been the most rewarding experience for her. She now has a daughter in the toddler program at CCM and is excited to see her start her educational journey!
